Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription to IgnitedMind at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for subscription payments are only applicable if the cancellation request is made within 15 days of the payment date. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your payment details and the reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the approved request.
